- Evaluate customer credit applications and determine credit limits
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Contact customers to resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of credit and collection activities
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve account issues
- Prepare regular reports on credit risk and collection performance
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
- Recommend accounts for escalation or legal action when necessary
- Analyze customer payment trends and suggest improvements
- Assist in developing and updating credit and collection policies
- 25 to 35 years old
- with at least 2 years experience as Credit and Collection Specialist
- Graduate of Accountancy or any related fields
- willing to work at 124 AUB Building G. Araneta Ave, Brgy Doña Imelda QC
- Probationary Employment
