Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least 2year Vocational Course or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• With at least 6months to 1-year relevant experience as Phone Verifier.
• Amenable to report in Head Office (Makati.)

Perform the credit verification thru Telephone

Background Investigation

a. Conducts confirmation on Credit Applicant’s personal information that were disclosed on the Application Form

b. Confirms Credit Applicant’s place of residency and conducts barangay checking to establish the latter’s identity.

c. Search credit applicant’s past and existing credit and financial transactions with other companies thru Integrated Customer Database Bank (ICDB).

d. Conducts employment verification with Credit Applicant’s present employer

e. Prepare investigation report based on the information gathered within the prescribed TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and records it to ILAPS

Reports and Accountabilities

a. Ensure that all required reports are done accurately and submitted on time.

b. Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the In-house Credit Verification Officer as needed.
