  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of crew members.
  • Maintain accurate crew records and databases.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for crew assignments.
  • Support compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with crew and management regarding assignments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to crewing operations.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Edu not required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in crewing or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
