- Coordinate crew logistics, including travel and accommodations.

- Support the crewing department in various administrative tasks.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in crew management or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities.
