Descrição:

  • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to join our growing team in Cubao, Quezon City.
  • If you're passionate about helping people, thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, and enjoy solving problems, this role is perfect for you.
  • As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via live chat. You’ll handle inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, returns, and other services.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently within established response time and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Monitor and report recurring customer concerns and feedback to help improve service and operations.
  • Maintain chat logs and customer interaction records accurately and securely.

Requisito

  • College Graduate
  • Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written English communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and tone
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to multi-task across multiple chats and systems
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in using CRM tools, eCommerce platforms, or help desk systems
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City,
