As a Call Center Agent, you will support customers by handling incoming calls, replying to emails, and managing live chat interactions. Your duties involve resolving customer inquiries, solving problems, and providing exceptional service with a courteous and professional attitude.

Requisito

  • High school graduate or Senior High School (SHS) graduate
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 6 months customer service experience
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Patient and empathetic with a positive attitude
