We are seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring positive experiences for our clients.


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
  • Attend training sessions and actively participate in ongoing skill development.

Requisito

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
  • With or without BPO experience—we provide training for those new to the industry.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written, with an ability to engage and relate to customers.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs quickly.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
