The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles customer questions, troubleshoots problems, and offers assistance primarily over the phone. Their main objective is to deliver timely and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction, all while following the company’s policies and service standards.

Requisito

  • Education: High school diploma or Senior High School (SHS) completion required.
  • Technical Skills: computer use and basic software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Good command of English (both spoken and written), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
