As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, provide effective solutions to their concerns, and ensure a high level of service with a polite and professional approach.


Requisito

  1. High School or Senior High School graduate
  2. Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment
  3. Confident and comfortable communicating in English
  4. Basic Computer navigation skill
