What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with billing, technical, and service-related inquiries for mobile, internet, or cable accounts.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
- Maintain professionalism while documenting interactions and promoting relevant products or services.
What You Need:
- At least High School Graduate (Old/New Curriculum).
- Open for Newbies or Career Shifter
- Has Good to Excellent English Communications skills.
