Descrição:

The Customer Care Representative would help maintain customer relations, support customer service concerns and inquiries relating to the SM Store Shop / SM E-store or any brands to be assigned to the department.

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, with clear and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.

Key Qualifications: 

  • College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
  • Amenable to be assigned in Makati
