Position: Customer Care Representative
Company Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary Offer: Php18,000-Php20,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree of any course
- Open for Fresh Graduate, Undergraduate, and Senior Highschool graduate
- With at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process customer transactions and orders promptly and efficiently.
- Organize, update, and maintain data and information records.
- Address and resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and offering effective solutions.
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
