Requisito

  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, familiarity with call center operations, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require shift work, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, excellent verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude.
