What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from healthcare members and providers
• Answer questions about health plans, coverage, and account information
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Maintain professionalism while resolving customer concerns
• Document interactions in the system

Qualifications

• Open to Freshers
• High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Must be willing to work in a healthcare account environment
