- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster good customer relationships
- Document and follow up on customer interactions in the system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English; excellent customer service skills

- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
