  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Meet performance metrics and goals.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, customer service orientation, call center experience preferred but not mandatory, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, possible shift work including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
