  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide financial information accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing complaints with empathy.
  • Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication skills, and a background in finance preferred.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment; must be adaptable to various shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
