What’s the day-to-day vibe like in this role?

As a Customer Service Associate for our Global Hotels and Resorts Program in Legazpi, and you'll be managing room reservations, handle cancellations and modifications, and assist with account management, including inquiries. You'll also address stay complaints and compensation requests, ensuring every guest feels valued and supported.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding Travel inquiries;
• Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines;
• Model and work by the company's core values; and
• Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.

You’re the perfect fit if you have:

• Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
• Sales, Outbound Sales or Travel experiences are preferred
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge on computers
