Descrição:

 Set sales target and goals aligned with Company objectives

 Effectively maximize the SAP or WS1 usage in terms of checking customers' accounts, product information, and placing orders

 Actively selling Wurth products

 Regularly doing the telephone consultation and support of a defined customer-based

 Touting and selling of current offers and new products to expand the offer

 Processing of orders and products offers to the customers via phone calls

 Maintenance and updating customer data based for easily monitoring

 Realization of the defined target (sales, gross profit, call per day)

 Daily use of sales tools

 Gather market information and strategy

 Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process via phone calls

 Build strong relationship with key customers to foster repeat business

 Ensure quality service and effective customer service approach to indulge customer with the products offered

 Reactivation of zero customers and strengthening customer’s loyalty

 Handling customer complaints in a timely manner


Other Descriptions:

1. Regular participation on the training, SC1 teams meeting or e-learning activity including Company activities

2. Close cooperation and exchange ideas and techniques with Telesales colleagues

3. Play a vital role as team player within the Department involved

4. Reporting to the superior at the next level

Requisito

 Graduate of bachelor’s degree in any field

 Amendable to work at LTAI, Biña City of Laguna

 With at least 1years relevant experience in Telesales

 Proficiency in lead generation, qualification and closing techniques

 Must have a background in Trading Industry

 Customer Service Oriented

 SAP experience is a plus

 Innovative and Results driven

 Excellent Computer Literacy

 Excellent communication skills

 Persuasive attitudes, Active listening and Keen to details


Compensation Package: Basic Php18,000 + incentive and commission
