As a Customer Support Representative for a Healthcare account, you will be the trusted support for patients, members, and providers—addressing concerns on medical plans, benefits, claims, authorizations, billing, and more. You are expected to provide empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (healthcare or insurance account preferred).
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, or healthcare processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer systems, multitasking, and data entry.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling sensitive health-related concerns.
