  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide information on products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, financial literacy, and call center experience
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
