- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage call center operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Oversee account management, building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: At least 7 years CCE and 3 years as Team Lead
