We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Requisito

  • High school or senior high school graduate
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center
  • Basic computer skills
  • Confident in speaking English
