Descrição:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Edu not required
  • Experience Level: at least 6 months BPO experience in any international voice account
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in call center operations, strong interpersonal and people skills, excellent customer service abilities, good command of the English language, and basic technical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with possible shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, confident, and a strong problem-solver.
