About the Role: 

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
  • CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
  • This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

Requisito

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Open to College graduates and undergraduates
  • With 0 to 6 months of BPO experience
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Cubao or Makati
  • Can START ASAP
