- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.

Requisito
- COLLEGE GRADUATE WITH OR WITHOUT BPO EXPEIENCE
- AT LEAST COMPLETED 2ND YEAR COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE AND UP / ASSOCIATE GRADUATE / 2 YEARS VOCATIONAL GRADUATE WITH AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BPO EXPERIENCE
- AMENANABLE TO START ASAP AND WORK ONSITE
