Job Title: Content Moderator [ Non - Voice ]

Location: Bridgetowne Pasig

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Moderator to help maintain the quality and integrity of our online platforms. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, platform policies, and legal standards. Your work is essential in creating a safe and respectful online environment for our users.

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, etc.) for appropriateness and adherence to community standards.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk content to senior moderators or legal/compliance teams as needed.
  • Accurately categorize content and apply appropriate labels or actions (e.g., removal, flagging, warnings).
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity targets.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation workflows and policies.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, local regulations, and current events that may impact content evaluation.
  • Support in developing and updating moderation guidelines and training materials.

Requisito

  • College grad or Associate grad.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, social media platforms, and online communities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or graphic content with professionalism and emotional resilience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and moderation tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience with AI-powered moderation tools or Trust & Safety platforms.
  • Understanding of data privacy, online safety, and platform compliance regulations.
