  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
