Descrição:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Provide feedback on customer trends to enhance service delivery.
- Assist with product knowledge and service-related questions.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in the English language.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
