Descrição:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication; strong customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; typical hours are flexible.
