  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions.
  • Involves handling customer inquiries, reservations, bookings, and other related tasks through various channels. 

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills, problem-solving, and empathy.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, adaptability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
