  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate product information and issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update account details.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requisito

  • Graduate with at least 6 months of CCE/TSR
  • Undergraduate with at least CSR/TSR experience
  • Knowledgeable in Windows OS and MS Office applications
  • B2 CEFR proficiency, 32 WPM typing speed
