- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions in the database for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service, and Problem Solving
- Qualities and Traits: Strong Work Ethic and Excellent People Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with Call Centre operations is a plus
