  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new customer service representatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and encourage feedback.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
