Process & file purchase/ job orders from dealers/ customers; Provide price & delivery information; Process Sales Invoice & Delivery Receipts; Document/ file records of customer complaints, customer survey results & evaluation; Receives/ files customers’ requests for new products & product development, including other products & services inquiries; Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.


  • Receives, reviews processes and files received job orders from dealers and customers
  • Logs phone-in orders of clients and customers
  • Advises and identifies customer for any revisions or changes in the placed orders
  • Notifies PPIC, Warehouse and Manufacturing for any changes in the orders of clients and customers
  • Provide pricing and delivery information to clients
  • Processes Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts
  • Documents and files records of customer feedback and complaints, including Customer Survey satisfaction results and evaluation
  • Receives and files customers’ requests for new products and product development, including other products and services inquiries
  • Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates


Requirements

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • Customer service-related work experience or with relevant work experience in the same capacity
  • General Training: 5S’, CGMP, Safety, ISO
  • Technical Training: Work Instructions, SOP’s, Hands-on training, Other trainings that maybe assigned by immediate superior/HRD as need arises
  • Management training: Training/s that maybe assigned by immediate head/HR that would help develop management techniques, communication skills, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to process orders of clients
  • Ability to read purchase orders, job orders, instructions, and specifications
  • Ability to communicate technical information
  • Ability to relay information to clients for any amendments to purchase orders of job orders
  • Methodical & accurate, with an eye for detail
  • Good at communicating & likes dealing with people
  • Strong commitment to quality customer service
  • Team-player and can work under pressure
  • Standards of conducts and sound work ethics
