Descrição:

  • Support trading and operational teams with administrative tasks
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, Telegram, Discord, or other platforms
  • Maintain records of daily trades and transactions accurately
  • Assist with internal documentation such as meeting notes, reports, and standard procedures
  • Track basic crypto market trends and coin prices on Binance (Training will be provided)
  • Coordinate with different teams for smooth office operations
  • Use office tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS Office effectively
  • Handle data entry and basic reporting tasks

Requisito

  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts (Training will be provided)
  • Computer literacy – proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Intermediate English proficiency (for email, chat, basic reporting)
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
