Descrição:

The Customer’s Relations Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting client with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous and professional manner. This role serves as the frontliner of the company, helping to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely and effective communication, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments when needed.


Schedule:

  • 8-hour day shift
  • Monday to Saturday

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field. (Preferred)
  • Experience in customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Can start ASAP.
