Requisito

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, back office support, and call center experience.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, provide support, manage back office tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve call center duties.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
