We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Healthcare Account team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients, addressing healthcare-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy to ensure high customer satisfaction. Are you ready to start or grow your career in the BPO industry? Requisito

  • College Graduate (with or without experience)
  • Senior High School Graduate (with at least 6 months BPO experience)
  • College Undergraduate (completed at least 2 semesters/4 semesters)
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply — no prior work experience required
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City
  • Open to working night shifts and shifting schedules
