POSITION: Customer Service Representative
INDUSTRY: IT Company
WORK LOCATION: Cebu City,
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (shifting schedule)
SALARY: Php20,000-Php22,000
WORK SET UP: Work on site
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Responsible for keeping records of customers interactions, transactions.
- Ensure accurate service information to customers
- Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
