Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat support professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with billing concerns, technical issues, or general inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, researching solutions, and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow company processes.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and support supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (K-12).
• Basic English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills and ability to multitask.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Amenable to work onsite (Cebu site - Banawa and IT park).
