Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) – must have completed 2 years in college / 4 semesters with no back subjects
- College Graduate – with or without BPO experience
- With at least 6 months of BPO experience (for non-college graduates)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
