Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent

Job Summary:


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information through phone, chat, or email to ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.


Qualifications:

  • At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
  • With or without BPO experience (training provided).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work onsite
