Job Opening: Home Security Representative
Location: Cebu City – Insular Life Building, IT Park
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / ALS Passer
- Open to freshers
- With or without BPO experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries
- Helping troubleshoot alarm system issues
- Scheduling installation or maintenance visits
- Explaining service plans or upgrades
- Updating account information
