Job Overview:

We’re looking for passionate and experienced Customer Service Representatives who can provide excellent support to our clients in the Billing Account. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers with billing inquiries, account issues, and payment concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to billing statements, payments, and account adjustments.
• Provide accurate information and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
• Process account updates, payment arrangements, and refunds as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, quality, etc.).
