Position: Customer Service Representative (Non- Voice Account)
Industry: IT Company
Salary: Php22,000 – Php30,000
Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu, City
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Nightshift)
Work Set up: Work on site/Hybrid

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Open for undergraduates
- At least 3 years of working experience in customer service representative role
- Experience working with same industry is advantage
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
- Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Upselling and recommending products and services
- Responsible for responding with issues and manage escalations by coordinating Team Leads
- Collaborating with internal teams regarding with policies, products and services
