WORK ONSITE: CEBU IT PARK, Cebu City
- Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from any part of the globe that the call originates from
- Equipped to handle all general reservations and deal with changes to all reservations
- Handle customer complaints and provide first time resolution
OFFER AND BENEFITS:
- Up to 22,000 Salary Package (depends w/ the BPO experience)
- PLUS 30,000 SIGNING BONUS (depending on the account profiled)
- 20% Night Differential
- HMO Day 1
- Night Differential
- Other benefits will be discussed upon Job Offer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Graduate (With or Without BPO Experience)
- College Undergraduate (With or Without BPO Experience)
- HS/SHS Graduate (With or Without BPO Experience)
- Amenable to Start ASAP
- Must be amenable to Work Onsite
