Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience handling voice/call accounts
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient support and telehealth services.
  • Provide accurate information, assist with appointment scheduling, and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
