Shifting Schedule | 24/7 Operations | With Graveyard Shifts
Position: CSR – Sales
Salary Package: PHP 28,000
Plus opportunities for promotion within the LOB (earn up to 35K)
Retention Bonus: 25K
Work Location:
TA Hub – eBloc 2 Tower, W. Geonzon St., Cebu City
Who Can Apply?
Senior High School Graduate OR Completed 2 Years in College
— Must have at least 3 months BPO experience (International Voice – Technical)
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
— Must have 2 years BPO experience (International Voice)
Computer literate
Willing to work onsite
Comfortable with shifting schedules & graveyard shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Recommend and upsell products that match customer needs.
- Process orders, account updates, and transactions efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience on every call.
- Meet sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
