Job Responsibilities:

• Customer support: Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing support through various channels like phone, email, and chat.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Product and service knowledge: Maintain and provide up-to-date information on a company's products and services to assist customers.
• Transaction processing: Handle tasks such as taking orders, calculating charges, and processing payments, returns, or exchanges. 

Qualifications:

1. Open to college graduates with or without BPO experience
2. Also open to high school, senior high school graduates or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
3. Amenable to work on shifting scheduled and during holidays if needed
4. Willing to work in Cebu City, Cebu.
